That eagle looks sweet in mirror. Did you use any glue to hold the glass pieces together?

The material that I used was Polycarbonate(lexan) 2 sided hardcoated mirror. It was scrap that I had left over from a previous cut job. I did end up glueing the feathers on. The bit that I cut this with was a few thousandths to big so the pieces didn't fit real tight. I also cut the Raptor the same day. It was 8' from head to tail. I sat it outside the shop the next day and a guy driveing by stopped and bought it before I could get pictures. His offer was just tooo good to pass up.

    Thanks for all your responses.

Yes, I believe there is a post someplace in here. I'll let you know where it is if I find it. They are both pics and DXF file so you can make your own.

I have the eagle and t-rex and some of the others. It sure would be nice to have them all in one location.

I think that was the original intent of this post. To have one location where people could go to get actual files that are complete and "ready to cut".

Anyway, I'll keep searching for the others as well.

    Thanks

Well I think the intent of this thread was to have a place where you could post your work.
Like the eagle that guy did it's a great job and I think it one of the best post in the thread (Seeing how I'm the one who started the thread, would you care to disagree...?) This thread is not just a place for you to get free files from. (BTW what have you shared with us?) I remove my files after 30 downloads
what are you looking for 3d files or just 2d vectored images?

Sorry, didn't realize that before. I agree, the mirrored eagle is my favorite also.

I haven't started my CNC machine yet. I plan on building Joe's machine.

I run wire EDM machines so any files I've created do not have a Z value. I'd be more than happy to share some of them. They're pretty rough though. Because of their small size, not much detail is needed.

I'll have to teach myself how to attach a file here. I've just been posting 'cause that's all I know how to do right now.

Your files are 2d DXF (data exchange file) That what all mine are. You set the Z depth when you program tool path. You can post a dxf (you may need to zip first) just post a note on what the file is. Then scroll down to the box that says Manage Attachment click on box and go to file
