Sorry this is a little out of my scope. its not the breaks in the cad but the fact that all of the slots for it to fit together are all sorts of jacked up.

Here is something I found this part was drawn twice on top of itself and don’t know if there are more like that. Sheetcam states there is overlapping lines as one problem. To find problems I used the contours tool to change the layer to another then un-check that layer as I go along. This removes it from the operation to see if that is what is causing the problem. If redoing the operation and it does not show the problem then you know where it is.

I removed the single dots in the image shown by urbnsr but that did not help it could be due to other problems in the drawing.
There may be too many to find.
