My program wont really let me wrap letters around a circle, trying to make a tree of live with name above and established year at bottom. what I have so far looks silly and still have to attach it to the tree. I tried using Inscape but didn't really work out. any help would be greatly appreciated

If you could save this in AutoCad R14 I can help you, I just don't have a new enough CAD program to open your file. Sorry

You have not made it easy for anyone to help you.
What CNC program are you using?
There is a dead easy way to do this directly in Mach3 IF you can write g-code.

    Cheers

Inkscape lets you do this reasonably easy once you're a bit familiar with the program, and play around with the "Path" and "Object to Path" options. I tried to open the file but was unable to.

I'd strongly suggest playing around and learning Inkscape, it's quite a powerful package that isn't overly difficult. And there's plenty of videos online to show exactly the kind of thing you want to do no matter what it is.

    cheers, Ian

Question Re: Share Your Files Part or Art

What is so difficult and what else needs to be done with this?
Patience and perseverance have a magical effect before which difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish.
