Good Morning, Does anyone have a good DEER HEAD to engrave with a router v bit? I have this one but its made for laser more. Thanks for you help.

for reference, that is a SignTorch Free Sample Image - Buck Mule Deer : SignTorch, Turning images into vector cut paths.

it is useful for all types of cutting - it just happens to be plasma/laser friendly - so it has minimal detail, no intersections, and forms one solid piece if cut out of sheet material

if you v-carve it like it is then it creates a negative (red)

if you offset the outer perimeter (2nd image) - it creates a positive (green)

if you enclose it in another shape (4th image) - it also creates a positive (blue)

if you engrave the profile with a v-bit - it creates an outline (pink)

If you want more hand drawn detail and shading (photo) - it's hard to find good freebies - shutterstock has plenty for sale - not sure if they're ideal for engraving

Can anyone help me out? I am making a fire pit as a silent auction prize for my sons hockey team and will share a pic when its done

For those non-hockey fans, the teams are Detroit, Boston, Toronto, NY Rangers, Montreal and Chicago.

Hockeymom,

The Blackhawks are the only team that matters however here are the rest of the bums you requested.
Keep in mind that some of the vectors will need tabs.

HAHA our programmer agrees that Chicago is the only team that matters, but for me it's Boston... Patrice Bergeron is my sons idol. I will post a pic next week once the fire pit is done. Thank you
