Fortyeight,
Awesome work!
Will it be used as a night light if not what is the purpose?

Patience and perseverance have a magical effect before which difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish.
Hello, I haven't done this before so 90% sure its not correct. But thought I would give it a Go so next time I can improve and help those hard workers who give up their time to help us all. I guess it would make more sense to re-type any wording if a matching Font can be found? Let me know what needs correcting and I will give you an updated file.

I tried to open the DWG and nothing was there
Jalessi - I didnt see that you responded to my request until now. Thank you very much. I used a different dxf file to make this oak plaque. A friend of mine at work is going to mount his deer rack on it. Its engraved with the year over toward the right side. He's still waiting on the taxidermist so i dont have a finished pic yet. Ill post one when he gets it. Until then ...

What cutters were used in the fish? Was it V carved or follow the line?
Grandpa Jay
Thx jalessi
how did you make your base can you explain how you did it and what lighting did you use
Grandpa Jay, I just V-Carved the angry walleye with Aspire. I had to put an extra offset vector around the whole thing to get the look I wanted. I think I used a 60 Degree V-bit .625" diameter .125" depth of cut 20 Inches per minute 10" per min plunge speed, RPM speed #2 big Porter Cable router. It could have been a 90 degree .5" bit I can't remember? Those speeds worked for me. You just have to make sure you don't cut through the thin polycarbonite (Lexan) if you scale it larger or you can cut to a flat depth smaller than your plastic thickness. I have a couple air nozzles blowing right on the bit to keep from melting plastic. Make sure the swarf is flying off in small chunks instead of melting and pushing off. I keep the protective wrap on both sides until inserting into base since it scratches easily.
For the LED base I used cuttable LED strips that come off a long reel. I think they come in 3 meter (~15') lengths from Ebay. You can cut them to length every third LED to whatever length you need. I cut a blind Dado on the CNC into the base 2X4 wood. I soldered the wires to the LED strip and stuck it to an aluminum sheetmetal heatsink. I then hand drilled holes into the dado to feed the wires through the base to my wall mounted 12 Volt power supply.
I used the Angry Walleye on the cabinet and flasher shelves I made for the fish shack too. I'm sensing a pattern here

Remember to post a pic if you make something.
Good Luck,

Veterans of Foreign Wars (V.F.W.) and Prisoner of War Missing in Action (POW MIA) vectors.
I had a hard time finding these anywhere so I did them for a recent project.
The V.F.W. vector needs some more work if you want to make it larger. Mine was 3.5" so I didn't worry about too much of the fine detail.
I can't seem to get the hang of Inkscape so I did it in Aspire and it took a few hours to get it this good so I'm done.
Spray painted select grade spruce/pine/fur from New Zealand makes for some decent looking two tone carvings
