    DOS TCP/IP for Microsoft Networks

    http://www.netbootdisk.com/

The Universal TCP/IP Network Bootdisk is a DOS bootdisk that provides
TCP/IP networking support. It's designed for use in Microsoft networking
environments, on either peer-to-peer or domain based LANs. Currently 85
different network card drivers all included, all on the single 1.44MB disk!

How does this relate to TurboCNC? I also saw this thread posted to computers and network thread, and the timestamp indicated this post was later than the other one.

    Just wondering.

TurboCNC Runs Best (from what I my understanding ) In a PURE DOS
enviorment, NOT a Dos box from inside Windows. Some people prefer or need
to use Windows systems to run other software CAD or whatever. Networking
a DOS system into a windows network for file transfer would provide a
possable option to the transfer of files on floppy , CD, or over serial connections.

    FreeDOS

    Hello scratch_6057

You might try FreeDOS .... from memory it has a TCP/IP interface and a packet driver. http://www.freedos.org/ It is not without flaws, the worst of which is one of the drivers which hampers some of the included applications but otherwise has been very stable and usable.
