    maybe a bit too late to answer, but cnc with modular tooling is the way to go

    200 ton machine 12ft long should be good enough for your application.
    Ive set and operated brakes for 16 years and I now train employees how to operate the machine my company sells, Bystronic.
    Google them for more info on them. They are a 'higher end' machine.

    To air bend on a non-cnc hydraulic machine, You'll want to 'position bend' or depth bend. Wide vee opening, lower the ram with punch in it to about 1/8in beneath the vee opening and try to for it slowly at first.
    Its mainly an eye-ball-it situation if there is no cnc from there on in :/
