I need help! My 1992 RA2F is getting servo alarms in the Z axis. I have had my servo motor checked and it passed. I have put a rebuilt servo drive, no help. Today I checked for any shorts in the cable connecting the motor to the drive any everything seems good. While I had the cable disconnected from the motor I decided to check and see if there was any continuity between any of the pins at the connection to the motor. I get continuity between 3 pins. Is this normal?? I am not very good at electronics but to me it seems that this would indicate a short between wires. No? Anyone have any ideas?

Drive motor is Yaskawa model USAFED-30FS20E, Servo drive is CACR-IRCA 30SB. Any futher info or ideas of how to troubleshoot would be greatly appriciated.
