Machinists/Hobbyists Dream - Dallas Texas area

I have decided to sell my home in Balch Springs Texas (east dallas suburb)
Located near I-20 and Beltine. School District is MISD Mesquite schools.

House is Brick, 2 story 3 bedroom 1.5 bath and 2 car garage.
Large concrete patio. Well shaded with large oak trees

ALSO has a 24'x24' SHOP in back yard !!!

Shop is currently set up as a clean well lit machine shop with a nice 20hp rotary 3 phase converter system.

    - Bridgeport Mill with chrome ways, Vari Spd head, powerfeed and DRO
    - Hardinge Chucker lathe, Thread attachment, Sony DRO (very nice condition)
    - Clausing Lathe 1300
    - Bead Blast cabinet
    - Parts washer (new, never used)
    - 3'x4' hyd. lift table (heavy duty)
    - Belt/Disc sander
    - Band saw
    - Chop saw
    - Stud welder (like new)
    - Various tooling (collets, chucks, index head, super spacer, boring head..etc)

Shop is well insulated and quiet outside, even at night with machines on.
Also has a sink, Heater and window unit AC.

House would be perfect for someone wanting to start a home based business or just for the serious hobbyist or race car mechanic.

I am asking $95,000 for house.
Will sell house WITH machine shop equipment and tools for $120,000
I can work with you on rolling in closing costs and help you find financing if needed.

What better way to finance a machine shop and a house, for only the price of an average house???

I have only just decided to sell and have not contacted a realtor to list the property. You guys have first dibs on it.

Home is currently occupied and will need only minor cosmetics to re-occupy.
Shop need exterior paint and cosmetics.
House AC unit doesnt work, can be repaired or continue to use window units.
All is sold as is and I will not make repairs to house. Just wanna sell it.

    Email me if interested.

    Home with Machine Shop.

    Have not forgotten you guys.
I will post pictures as soon as I can get them.
Decided to list the house on MLS and realtor is set to take pictures this week.

Anyone in the Dallas area that dont want the house and just wants the machines and tooling I will sell it all separate from the house when the house sells.

House with machine shop and automation inventory

Also, buyer of both house and shop as a bonus will get all my automation inventory.

Have several pneumatic cylinders, stepper motors and controllers, Servo motors and controllers, backplanes, ball screws, linear guides, saddles, sensors, pushbutton switches, fiber optic sensors, connectors, cables, igus chain, bearings, gearboxes...etc.

Some brands to mention are Allen Bradley, GE Fanuc, Parker, Square D, Rockwell automation, Omron....etc....
Dont ask me to photograph or inventory all of this junk, cause I wont. too much stuff and it is all packed in boxes, will take too much time. Otherwise I would already have it all on EBAY. This is very expensive stuff, Servos and drivers alone are worth thousands.

Most of this stuff is either new in boxes, new out of boxes, barely used takes offs from prototype automation equipment.

More than enough stuff to automate a few CNC routers or machines and still make money from EBAY on the rest.

Some of the machines are not for sale.

Wanting to offload all or none.

But my thinking might change if I sell the house and cant find a buyer for the whole shop.
