    mazak integrex 200-ii sy

Hello i am having a major problem with my integrex-200 ii sy. The coolant some how is getting into the hydraulics. I have changed all the check valves in the machine.Rebuilt the main and sub chucks. Rebuilt the turret, changed the stem with the quad rings and the housing it fits in to. All with no change in the amont of coolant getting in. Every few hours the hydraulic tank has to be drained and refilled with clean hydraulic fluid. I am stumped. Mazak has been no help with this issues. They said to change the check valves, which like i said i have done once myself, and mazak has done it once. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem on a lathe and it was due to the return of the hydraulic pressure at the Kitagawa Cylinder actuating the chuck. An O-ring was racked and let the water in.

It took us to exchange the piston with another machine to realize it... I guess you might have the same issue.
