I run Inventor 2014 with a SpaceNavigator using it's latest driver ( 07/2013) and occasionally it’s so slow to navigate / rotate a rendered part…..it feel like it freezes !
Anyone have this and knows how / what’s the fix ?!

Do you have a properties window permanently open, getting needlessly updated?

I mean the properties window you open with ctrl-1

I don't think so.....but on the other hand, not quite certain what you mean ?!
Aside my drawing, I don't see, don't leave...anything else "open" !
Occasionally, I may have another bottom tab...showing I have another drawing or assembly open, but with other past version, it never had an incident !!
After working, not on a regular or daily basis, but still frequently since 2001 on inventor w/3d connection prods......this is the 1st time that I can recall it happens !?
Is this a "known" syndrome on V-2014 or....??
