We need help!
Our machine cnc lathe:Citizen E32 IV with Y axis (Year 1996)and use FMB barfeeder turbo 5-42/3200(magazine loader type).
Now have 2 alarms show on the monitor:
1.EX011 No.1 Turret off- position.
2. EX105 bar loader alarm.
as photo.

And we had done the troubleshooting on alarm EX011 along the procedure on the maintenance book.
But we always failed because the the turret always do not lock in the correct postion.

This is an external alarm due to turret not clamped and baar feeder is not in position may be the cause or failure of hydraulic pressure . interlocks and limit/proximity , see in ladder for details .
