Do you mean clamp force of the chuck with a certain hydraulic pressure?
You need to know the piston diameter of the actuator, the through bore size, and the type of chuck. Kitigawa has all the calculations for there stuff on line.

Thank you underthetire. Hydraulic pressure adjustment is available on machine. Presently, for aluminium hollow castings we are using 3 bar clamping pressure and for steel 16 bar is used. Is there any quick calculation / chart available to decide the clamping pressure?
