Rotary Toolpath for carmen - How to avoid tool collision with workpiece?

I recently started to tinker with Mastercam in a larger Workshop and tried to simulate the Rotary toolpath for carmen.
The problem is that that at some point, when trying to machine the legs, the toolpath cuts away parts from the opposite leg.
And on the last 2-3 steps through the whole leg.

Here is a screenshot of a quick simulation (very rough steps)

Is there a way to avoid this?
I could use a normal indexed finish pass but this would be kinda boring I think.

I guess it was mastercam X5

    Thanks!

    Really nobody an idea?

I would machine the lower part with a normal indexed finish but the problem is that when I try to select just the upper part of the body for 4axis rotary, there is no clear line when it end because of the scattered arrangment of the surfaces and the machine seems to try to mill the inside of the body at the unclear border.
There is also no containment option, otherwiese I would limit the area with a containtment.
This really frustrates me because I guess there is a fairly logical way to solve it.
I hope anybody can help me though.

    Thanks!

I would take a look at your surface normals in those sections.
If one is reversed it will try and drive the tool to the other side of the surface.
I have seen this before with 4th axis tool paths.

    HTH Ken,
