Hey there. I've been fighting my 9060 machine for a few days now and finally today realised the power supply transformer is faulty.

The crew I bought it off say I need one that changes 240v into 70v. It is a 3 axis machine. As you can tell I am very new at this.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a product. I've looked on ebay and there seems to be a lot of choices and price ranges.

Right now I am getting by with what has been supplied but I plan on doing BIG things with it as my knowledge increases so rather go overkill than underkill

You are missing at least one critical piece of information and that is either the VA rating of the transformer or the related current rating of the secondary.

Take a look at this chart and then click through one of the links that may be suitable - they don't show one at exactly 70 volts, but they show standard 68v and 75v models:

For example, this one is rated for 1500 VA at 68 volts:

The nice thing about toroidal transformers such as these is that you may be able to remove a few turns of the secondary wiring in order to reduce the output voltage, or add a few turns to increase it.
