Does anyone have any recommendations on a laser machine to cut closed cell foam with?

Currently using a Universal Laser PLS6.6 with 2" lens.
Considering trotec 300, or maybe Kern but the price is too high. The foam is generally about 15" x 15" 2" thick polyethylene 2lb or 4lb would be preferred.
Every piece is custom and this would be for high volume say 50 pieces a week. I could use advise on laser power lense and so forth.

Depth Of Field is going to be a problem Josh, (the distance the beam will travel while staying straight) A cut will end up like this ^ on thick materials unless you use a VERY long focal length lens.

Although well outside my field maybe a hot wire cutter would do the job better? (and possibly cheaper) this is just a guess though, I know nothing about hot wire machines.
