    Power supply companies here definitely will not have problems with you. But most probably you will. 80% chances are that a neighbor will be welding half day 4-7 days/week. So bring with you good VFD - you may use it as stabilizer too.
    Thou better solution - ask for strong 3-phase grid.

    Those prices for Ireland are extortionate! I'm pretty sure http://www.fusionfixings.co.uk delivers to Ireland from the UK and the prices are pretty competitive with the big companies in the UK.

    I hope you've found a solution either way, even if you ended up shipping from the US.
