Hi all,
I'm looking for a shop (preferably in New England so I can visit) who is willing and able to do 4th axis work (perhaps Swiss?) to create a pen assembly (4 parts per assembly).
We're looking to get this quoted in 250, 500, and 1000 qtys.
Material is hard black anodized 6061-T6 and/or stone tumbled titanium.
Assembly of press fit parts is mandatory.
Largest part is 4.25" x 0.391", with a 0.250" hole drilled straight through. This part also has a 4th axis contour cut.
We are looking to place the order around January 1st.
