Looking to make 100 small spur gears about 3/8 dia and about 1/8 of gear with bearing surfaces on both ends but I woud just blank them out
so all I would need is the teeth cut material is steel
the other option is to cut long blanks and then I will just part them off in a lathe and finish the bearing fits

Ok have more info pressure angle is 20 deg and they are metric module .6
Material would be either 4140 or 4340
100 w 14 teeth
100 w 12 teeth

Thanks for your help I have looked all over the net for these in blanks and can't seem to find them ANY info would be a great help
