Hi!
I have Hitachi Seiki 3 (1994).
After the switched on I found error message in Maintenance LCD (see in attach).
I suspected the SPHCT board. Can anybody help me to solve this problem?

I had this problem just last week. On my machine the power supply that is at the bottom of the panel with the Fanus screen was bad. If it is OK it will have four green LEDS on. Open the the door with the Seikos screen on it and look all the way on the bottom of the panel to your left.

Dont unplug the boards in the Seikos unit or you can loose its memory.

Thats the one. Make sure it has 200VAC in at the bottom right plug. If it does and the green LEDs are not on it is bad.

The problem solved.
The key was in power supply resistor. 5W 20 Om resistor was broken (unclosed circus). After the replacment of this resistor, power supply became ready for action.
No 800 Euro, only 10 cents.
