    HELP LOOKING FOR SOLUTION TO MATCH UP C AXIS TORNADO 220M

    HI PEEPS LOOKING FOR SOME HELP WITH A MACHINING PROBLEM .MACHINING 800MM LONG TUBE C AXIS DRILLING TO BE REPLICATED ON OTHER END OF TUBE CAN ONLY HAVE 400 MM OUT OF CHUCK SO WHEN I TAKE TUBE OUT TO TURN AROUND HOW DO I GET MY C AXIS HOLES TO MATCH UP IDENTICALLY ON BOTH SIDES ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED

    You need some kind of indexing feature on the part, and a mating feature on your workholding. Barring that, you need some kind of fixturing that will clamp down on the part and allow it to be flipped and the fixture indexed to a master jaw, chuck, collet, whatever.

    THANKS I TRIED TO LINE UP MY FIRST C0 HOLE WITH DRILL BUT WHEN I START PROGRAM IT CHANGES MY C0 POSITION DRILLING AND TAPPING 10 HOLES AT 36 DEG ALONG TUBE LENGTH .IS IT BECAUSE MY PROGRAM IS USING G28C0 AT START ??
