I bought two used MUDS041 amplifiers on Taobao, and I can change the settings via Panterm.
One amplifier MUDS041 was bought on eBay as new. But I can not connect this amplifier to Panaterm.
I see such a message.
Why I can not connect to Panaterm?

The amplifier consists of two boards. I tried to substitute the boards by the ones from other amplifiers and install them into the problem one. In general, I made a conclusion that the problem is in the board #2.
I can’t say that the amplifier is completely broken, since it does not indicate an error, and stops the rotor of the motor when I power on and Servo-on. The seller says that the amplifier is the new one and has never been switched on or used at all. I can’t understand the reason of the disrepair. There are no repairing shops in Russia involved in repairing such devices. Perhaps someone would advise where I could find help or support online?

Very strange for a new amplifier, but it is a bad soldering.
