Making Chips
I needed to cut several L brackets for a PC/Controller Case I am working on. I could just cut the corner out of a 3x3 gusset, but that would produce a lot of waste.
What I came up with is mounting a 3x4.5 piece across two vises and cutting out the center. It produces two L brackets and much less waste.
Here is my process in action:
Note the holes have all ready been drilled.

I'm only doing a .02" DOC due to the overhang, Also this end mill has the tips on two of the four flutes broken off (Mishap with parallel) But I am very happy with the results. Finish was perfect.
