    Vericut/Catia

    Hello everyone

I must build a 5 axis machine for a customer, In vericut there are non problem, but i create the enclosure of the machine on Catia, because for the assembly it was easier. But The .stl file of the enclosure is just partially visible, it's depend of the views. I don't know how to put the enclosure totaly visible on vericut... Someone have a idea ?

    I use Catia V5R10 and vericut V7.2.3

The problem come from vericut, because I opened the STL file with a other software, and there are no problem.

    Thanks

    Julien

Isn't Vericut just for simulation of toolpaths? I'm not sure I'm understanding what you are having trouble doing. It sounds like you are opening an STL in Vericut? What is the purpose of doing this?

    Hi julien_hc.
It seem that enclose stl file has crash. So when you import enclose file into Vericut, you can't see totatly enclose.
You can try re-design enclose with Catia then save as stl file.
please check that stl to ensure that file is not crash.
Then you can open enclose is Ok with vericut.
    Hope helpfull for you.
