Thanks for posting about your machine. I like your work and progress.

I had been reading this forum a lot for a while, but there was a period when it had so many virus problems that I stopped. In addition, I lacked the finances to complete a project, my needs changed, etc, so that slowed me down.

It is always good to see what people are building, especially the complete ground up designs. Honestly I think some of the kits are not as good as they are promoted to be. I tried some of the parts and while not bad, I was not satisfied.

I am not satisfied with paint job. It took me hours to paint it, and when I applied clearcoat, this linden piece went yellow.

Many of the clear coats are based on an oil that yellows over time, or can yellow in contact with some other materials. Linseed oil - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

i just checked in the forum and got into this . Nice work man. 2 questions if you dont mind. what's the program that calculates power, and secondly just out of curiosity what was the cost excluding the frame ?
