Looking for a new company to do custom cuts in Polyethylene foam (2.3lb Dark Grey). Foam is to be used in Pelican weapons cases and Truck Vault drawers. Majority of cuts are unique, individually traced / measured and scanned into cad (2D). We are moving our operation from the Gardena are of LA to the San Gabriel Valley (near Pasadena). The majority of our clients are police department (local, state & federal). We currently offer waterjet cut foam inserts (based on our traces) for single depth and CNC Router cut foam inserts that have multiple depths that allow the weapon or accessory to sit "flush) with the top of the foam. Both options are available to our clients specifically based on their individual needs and budgets.

Since we are moving our operation to the San Gabriel Valley (near Pasadena) we are looking for a partner to do the cuts (waterjet, CNC Router or both) in the same area that we are re-locating to. We would prefer to meet personally with prospective operations to discuss the details of our business model. We are an authorized Pelican Products distributor and also an authorized truck Vault dealer.
