Hey i have a problem regarding alarm 1812 mist lubrication unit 2.

I am 2 weeks into a new job and this is my first time working with okumas. Im getting the hang of the machine but this alarm now keeps on re occuring the second i start my cycle. The oil mist unit is full at the front next to the lube oil. Is there another unit on the machine i should be looking for? also when the machine is running the oil unit is only getting to 0.05 bar of pressure which seeems awfully low? Anyway to crank this up to 0.1 bar i think it should be running at?

Working pressure when machine is running is sitting just below 0.2mpa and mnifold pressure is sitting at 0.05mpa

working pressure should be at 0.22mpa and manifold should be at 0.1mpa

Any help would be great

right i turned up the working pressure and the manifold pressure is now just sitting below 0.1mpa.

I got the machine going again for about 30 mins then the same alarm came up.

in my lube parameters i have

lube motor on timer = 60 seconds
lube motor off timer = 4 mins
lube motor off timer count during axis move = ticked box
number lub motor on at power on = 3 times
turret index time = 1 second
lub motor max off timer = 1 hour
oil mist lub drip frequency = 2 times
lub motor on timer xs axis = 15 seconds
lub motor off timer xs axis = 1 min
lub motor off time count during cam axis mode = box unticked

Any able to check there machine see if any of these on/off times are interfering with 1 another causing the machine to alarm out

the parameters look ok. probably the filters in the line or at the manifold are blocked it's a pretty common problem. you need to remove and clean or replace them.
