Need Help to pass Solidworks cutting profile to Mach3

    Hi Guys

I build some time ago a 4 axis hotwire cutter with which I cut several wings under Mach3 and with the cutting path coming from a specialised software.
Finally the time has come to cut my fuselage plug in styrofoam. I have designed the beast in solidworks and want to cut in 130x2 2 inch slices.
as you can see from the attachments I will create 130 3D Drafts and want the hotwire to follow the perimeter. While doing the the first intersection thru the body i notice the the line is not continous and where disjunct i cannot add any relation to match the end of the line segments. However how can i proceed to be able to digest these drafts and therefor cutting paths in mach3? I am completely lost on how to move on from here. Basically passing from a dxf to g-code

    Thanks everybody for your help.

First off , get rid of the thin offending area generating the overlap of lines.
I would use the "split" command. You can put down 130 lines on a plane and split the part into 130 pieces. You can also cut the part with a single line and save off each piece(but you have to do it 130 times). See HELP menu. There are several different ways to do this, then export to the needed format.
