Bulleri 644NC3D Wood Router is up but not running! I do not know where to start

    Hello All

I got a Bulleri 644NC3D Wood Router and need to get it going, but as the machine is over 20 years old there is no info of any sort.

    Any help will be appreciated

So far I somehow managed to get axis Z and X going really slowly and have two messages in red "HOME" and "MSG". The machine has some program loaded but it cannot run due to error on the Y axis

    Thanking you in advance, Fred

Here is a short update: the controller is NUM Power 1020 and I have managed to get to move the X and Z to home position. I swapped the X and Y drivers and managed to mess up the counter on X wile moving Y outside its range. The drivers are reversed back, but now X need counter needs to be zeroed with the servomotor. Presumably this needs to be done in Axis calibration, but the commands in the NUM installation and commissioning manual are rather scarce.

If any one can offer paid support in the area of London, UK or on the phone it will be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks for taking the time to stop by

    Further update

I managed to get X and Z moving which was great!

There was still a problem on Y. In my attempt to verify the operation of Y I swapped the driver from X to Y, but in fast and not well thought way. The result was Y moved out of range since the end stops did not collateral to that motor/driver. After I returned the driver back to X, this works no longer. The display shows activity and the error builds up to -13070. It looks that the encoder and motor/driver dis-align now

I wander if anyone can help

Y driver – Soprel Transdriver PWMM 110x8/16 Currently displaying “C”
X driver – Soprel Transdriver PWMM 110x8/16 Currently displaying “8”

After I swap the personality cards they show:

Y driver – Soprel Transdriver PWMM 110x8/16 Currently displaying “F”
X driver – Soprel Transdriver PWMM 110x8/16 Currently displaying “F"

Any suggesting or information on the errors would be greatly appreciated.
