    Hello,

I am new with Cincinnati Milacron Sabre 1000, when I start the machine I get this alarm, "ALARM 44-43 Unused Channel Disconnect"

    Any advice will be helpful.
    Thank you.

often telling you the DV5 axis input jumper plug for missing rotary table is not not plugged in.... or jumper plugs at outside of machine for the troyke table cables - jumpers there too.

On your pendant, select Setup, Rem Axis, and disable the 4th axis. This should solve the problem

ok you should have a plug looking like a monitor plug but in silver and no wire coming out of it around somewhere (that does nt mean it has no wires in it) if you can t find it i could look it up for you to determin which pins are closed to each other . plug that in the last axis output in your servo card this should fix the problem.

Hello, I just unplug J5 cable, and plug "3-422-3514A CABLE - DVXL CONVENTIONAL SERVO PLUG", and the alarm is gone.

    Thank you.Attachment 212666
