milltronics rh33 error 190 and 192 black screen

Hello everyone, we have a Milltronics Rh33 It is constantly giving us either an error 190 or 192 that halts the machine. while running a program, but it started doing it as soon as it started up now. It won't even let me do zero return.

We are in monterrey mexico, and the local dealer is taking forever to send help. Has anyone come across something similar?

Here's a screenshot of the error.

Thank you very much in advance.

Hi, Error 190 / 192 are interface panel detection errors. It is caused by the control NCB board and the interface panel losing communications with each other.
    a couple things to check.
    1. 5 volt power supply check voltage and set to 5.2 VDC, if this drops to less then 5VDC it will drop the communications.
    2. check 24 volt power supply and set to 24.2 VDC
    3. check 5 volt and 24 volts at the interface panel connectors.

If those 3 are good then it can be either the NCB board or the interface panel.
