    Question X Axis Excess Error

    Hello guys,

I have a CNC turning machine with control Fanuc 18i-TB
The machine has 2 axis only Z and X

I was moving the X axis by JOG in the "-X" direction
but i excess the limit and the Alarm 411 X Axis Excess ERR appears
I can't move this Axis back since this error

I tried to increase and decrease these parameters:
1829 > Positional deviation limit value when axis stops
1829 > Positional deviation limit value during movement
    Rapid Traverse Feedrate
    Manual Rapid Feedrate
    JOG Feedrate

But with no Luck the Axis doesn't move and the alarm 411 appears and the machine make E-Stop state!!
Also after many tries the alarm 436 X Axis SOFTTHERMAL (OVC) appears !!

your drive thinks that motor get overloaded
    may be he is right?
check mechanics and lubrication of guides
also you may check current by servo monitor function

Yes guhl you are right the problem is a big load on the x axis
the effective current is 100% so it generate the OVC alarm

But i don't know what is the reason of this load ?
is it in the brake ?
How can i fix this problem ? will i disassemble the Axis and move it manually to the zero reference position ?
