I have an Acra Mill model XJ5523 that I'm converting to CNC.
The table measures 9" x 42".
The table yoke is made in two castings, one for X- and one for Y-. Both axes use counterpoised bronze Acme nuts. The Y- nut bracket is mounted using two roll pins and two screws. The X- nut bracket mounts using four screws. The Y- nut bracket sits in the middle of the X- nut bracket.
The center-to-center hole spacing for the X- nut bracket is 3-1/8" left to right, and 3-3/4" front to back.
I am needing a single piece yoke that will fit the ground Hiwin ball screws:
42" BG3205X-42 R32-5.08B2-FSV-865.38-1320.8-0.012 A10JSGA1 (http://hiwin.com/pdf/bs/Retrofit_Bal...s/A10JSGA1.pdf)
12" BG3205Y-12 L32-5.08B2-FSV-425.96-591.82-0.012 A10JSIA1 (http://hiwin.com/pdf/bs/Retrofit_Bal...s/A10JSIA1.pdf)
..and, the yoke must fit this model mill.
Do any of you know of a source for the X-Y- yoke for these screws/mill?
The Hiwin yoke, by the way (http://hiwin.com/pdf/bs/Retrofit_Bal...s/7L0002A3.pdf) bolts to the saddle on a 2" x 3.56" pattern (50.8mm x 90.5mm).. I presume this is an actual Bridgeport yoke bolt layout.
Thanks in advance.
