I have these errors showing on the 802C :



Yesterday, the worker loaded the saved data, cause the machine (CNC lathe) froze for some reason, and nothing worked, and that was their solution. Tried it yesterday, machine worked after entering the password, and modifying some parameters, everything was fine. Today, on start-up it shows an error, and it has some errors that I never seen before. Tried to reload the default data, user data, 0Vreset of the PLC, nothing worked. Still the same problems. Im not sure what exactly is the problem, im guessing is a software issue, but it was working OK yesterday after the first user data loading.

Any tips or ideas on how to solve this?

Good day. We have a CNC lathe with Sinumerik 802C. We have the same problems as in your video, the errors are exactly the same as yours. I understand it was a long time ago, but maybe you remember how you solved this problem?
