    Mach3 Problems.

I've been using Mach3 and a ZenToolworks 7x7 for a number of years. Recently my system crashed for good. I managed to recover my software and files and transfer them to a new system however now I a few problems.

1, I can not jog at all in Mach3

2, My system does not appear to be sending commands to my controller board.

I have not played with these in 3 or 4 years so I do not remember how to set these things up.

Any help getting my machine back up and running would be great. I need to start some engraving work for the holidays.

Do you have the correct port address, and all the correct pin #'s assigned?

I believe so. I should say I was Jogging the new system without any movement from the machine but I reinstalled basic info from Mach3 per their website and now I can not jog at all. Set to 378. I did notice that when I have the PC off and the controller card on when I reboot the PC the card has 3 lights that go out that signifies it is getting a signal at start-up but the program is not talking to it. I have that m77,,, file setup.

Anyone have an untouched copy of that Mach3 setup file? I do remember I had to play with the port settings on the old system but I again I set it and left it alone about 3 years ago and have only had this problem since I switched everything over to the new system.

    Astainless,

Are you using a TB6560 stepper driver board that was provided with the machine?
