I need help on a bar pull program

I am running a new Doosan Puma 240MC with fanuc controls. I am using a Dunham bar puller and I want to make my program loop 29 times. And then get the bar I can get 29 parts from a 48" bar. Any advice on how to make this work. Thanks for any input.

You can use the parts counter on the SETTING (TIMER) screen. Set the PART REQUIRED to 29 and the PART TOTAL to 0.
Start with the stock at the cutoff length then do a bar pull 1st in the program.
At the end of the program, you can use M55 to automatically restart the program at the M30.

I'm not familiar with a Doosan Puma, but with a Funuc control you should be able to set the parts counter to make as many pieces as you want and then stop.
Go into your settings page to do that. You can go into your position page to reset it.

    good luck,
