Does anyone remember seeing a "Fanuc" brand BTR model A16B-1200-027?

I have a 6M-B on Mori Seiki MV45/40 with one in it. I opened the cabinet to look for a location to mount a new to me BTR and found this one already there.

I have some documentation on it but can't get it to work. I think my problem is with the rs232 protocol.

Does anyone remember using one? Has old documents for one? User instructions? Heard of one?

    Thanks

it is a remote buffer board; Google "A16B-1200-0270" for info. If we have a manual, I'll let you know Wednesday.

You're going to want the Fanuc manual B-90699E/03 which describes the jumpers (that set the communication parameters) on the board.

But just in case, if you haven't already, try 4800 7E2 and 9600 7E2

The board also has 2 input buffers...
