I have a servo motor amplifier (Copley Controls Model 800-760) that went bad in my Precix 9100 router. I have put my only spare in the controller. Is there another model that will work? Eventually, I would love to build a Windows based controller, but this particular machine is servo and not stepper.

glad to see cnczone back up.. i carried my part no around 2 days and of course now it is not in my pocket.....

I have 5pc Copley 800-xxx on my shelf. As I recall, -475? tells details like velocity loop comp, etc. these things wer generally done with descrete Rs and Cs so if you took off cover of yours and mine anc compared u likely could see what to change to make mine like yours.

I also found 2pc 201 models, and the 5pc are mounted on a PS-075-10 (again, from memory since site was down so long) - I could sell that to you also if you want..... sounds like 75vdc @ 10amps - weighs about 20#.....
