I have a Fine Sodick EDM A320D with an EX21 power supply. The problem is the flushing pump oscillates when placed into high pressure mode. It fills the tank fine and circulates water as well with no issues.

The included manual gives no wiring schematic or troubleshooting guide.



I don't see any pressure switches or float switches in the holding tank. There is a float switch in the fill tank, but it works fine, as it shuts lowers pump speed when the tank is at the desired level.

I just showed a long video to show it works fine when filling, which is what it's doing for the first minute of the video. Then it get's quite, then it's just circulating. When I tell him to put it into high pressure mode, you can hear it spinning up real fast, then getting quiet (although it doesn't stop, it is still giving power to the motor), and then ramping up speed again. Does this over and over again. Cavitation doesn't do that, though it probably is cavitating, but it's still getting a strong suction and it's not damaging the pump.
