    cutting wrong size hole

New at this, having a problem cutting a 2" hole, the hole comes out to be 2.125" instead. My cutting bit diameter is .125. Is there somewhere in lazycam or mach3 that needs to know to cut inside to circle?

    Re: cutting wrong size hole

You have to subtract your bit size form the hole you draw, if you're using the free version of LazyCam that came with your Mach3. Only the Pro version of LazyCam can automatically offset to accommodate the bit width. Hope that helps.
