Did it just start this problem? I assume you refer to two opposite quadrants in the X-Y plane.
Have you checked the level? Could the machine have moved or the concrete have settled? I am not sure how this could cause the problem you have. . .just throwing out ideas.

Check that the mounts are secure on the linear rails and on the bearing blocks.
