I just started working at a new shop and i cant send and recieve and no one knows how. So im using predator and when i send i to the computer it sends this message about over and over.

break detected
recieve parity error
frame error

It was used before i started and its from fanuc 0t lathe. Any help would be great

Do a search here in the Serial communication forum, most issues have been covered, also you can get all the info you need here http://www.cadem.com/ncnet/ncnet_dncdetails-41.htm also a free program there.
I suggest you get/make up a 3 wire cable, not a fully populated hardware handshake cable.
