    G0704 mach3 steps per

I recently finished converting my mill to cnc. I am having a issue with dro not reading correct. When I jog the table 1" by measuring with ruler, the dro reads 4.043. The only way I can the dro to read correct was to set the steps per to 8088 and it close, not perfect.

    Setup:
    520 oz on x and y
    1605 ball screws on x and y
    Kl8056d driver

    906 oz on z
    2505 ball screws on z
    Kl8070d driver

What do you have the dip switches set to on your driver? seems to be 1/8.
The 8056 can be the same as I have for the 5056 here on #6.
    FAQs
    This would be for 1/8 microstepping so the steps/per would be 200 x 8 x 5.08 = 8128
200 is the steppers steps per rotation
    8 is for 1/8 microstepping
5.08 is the 1605/2505 ballscrews pitch imperial, 25.4/5=5.08

Will do, when steps per is set to 8088. For x and y volecity is set to 100 and accel is 100. For z the max I can do is volecity 50 and accel is 45. If I do anything else it freezes.
