    Need Help Work Holding

i'm trying to hold down a 1" thick plate 19" x 10" i have to mill two parallel sides and circle mill two bores we are trying to figure out a way to clamp it down that's faster than step blocks and strap clamps. Would like to try something like toggles but the problem with them is we can't put the force on them from the end mill with out sliding the plate. Any Suggestions ?? Any thing at all will help we are trying to make this setup fast and the part change over fast right now we mill the part in a few mins put its taking longer than that to change them out.

I find Rite Hite clamps to be the fastest manual.
Can always go with hydraulic swing clamps for production work

how about flipping the jaws of a vice to the back of the jaws, then you can just clamp it in the vice.
