I have Okuma lb15 with OSP 7000L.
On boot up I get 948 alarm-p tfp field net communication error 1400002.
I have replaced all fibre optic cables, FUB-dr2 and all 5 FUB boards and I still get the alarm.

Could you solve? I have exactly same problem now only difference is code is 1200000. I replaced fiber optic cables but nothing. Same problem

That alarm points to any device in the TFP link - so the TFP board, the front operator panel (and MP panels attached to the back of it), the FUB DR board, FUB boards and cables. Sounds like you have already eliminated several potential causes, but the operator panel, any MPIO board behind it (those have the same type of DIP switches on them that the FUB boards have) and the TFP board will have to be checked. We have those boards (we sell them with warranty) if you end up figuring it out.
