    Keep blowing fuses

We are using a large CNC filament winding machine and we are having a problem of blowing fuses. These fuses are large and expensive and we need to figure out why they are blowing. It seems to happen when we start up the drive motors. Any thoughts on how we can diagnose and fix the problem quickly? Thanks.

Get an Amp clamp and figure out what is drawing to much current.

If it is the main fuses for the drives, try and disable each drive in turn at power up in order to zero in if there is one causing the problem.
