1. hobbycnc has exceeded their stored private messages quota and can not accept further messages until they clear some space.
I would add a few more dollars to your budget and buy a xylotex 3 axis board. I have used several for CNC projects and they are great.

It also depends on what motors you will be using, bi-polar or uni-polar. You can wire some Bi-polar in Unipolar, I have done this on the HobbyCNC Board, but you will loose torgue from the motor wireing them this was, but if you are above your specs anyway this can be a cheaper alternative.
