Hi...
So the following scenario happened.
Someone forgot to change the batteries from the Leadwell GMC-600 with Fanuc OMC and all the parameters were gone...
Luckily we had very old backup in tape but it lacks some parameters, cause with these parameters the ATC won't work with M6 or T command.
When we send the tool change command with T0 => Machine gives the error about tool no being 0 value.
But any other then 0 as tool change number it gives the "Error 1039 Tool no > 16"
Which would mean that the machine has lost ATC index position parameter or counter parameter, but we have no info from where it is located.

What works and does not work on ATC:
Manual rotate switch CW: No
Manual rotate switch CCW: Yes
M11 (Rotate ATC CW) : Yes
M12 (Rotate ATC CCW) : Yes
M6 T0 : Error tool no = 0
M6 Txx : Error 1039 Tool no > 16
Txx : Error 1039 Tool no > 16

it looks your pmc parameters( timers, counters and keep relay) are missing .

Thank you all for your feedback. Got the machine working yesterday
The counters were missing luckily like you guessed. Got insane luck cause were calling few machinery's what I knew and it happened that they had one machine with same type controller. So we looked the direction from that machine where the counter parameters where.
In this and that machine all tool change is done in PLC so there ain't any tool change macros. So no programs in 9000-9003.
But lessons learned. Never forget to change the NC-memory battery pack :P
