Question Mach3 PostProcessor generating crazy toolpath. (huge circles)

I downloaded Mach3 PostProcessor for Mach3. I'm using SW 2013 Pro and Mastercam X4. Files are saved as IGS/Parasolid.

Problem is that toolpath which looks normal in Mastercam, looks crazy in Mach3

    Attachment 222184

    Code:
    N150 G00 X7.5 Y-8.445 S2000 M03
    N160 Z5.
    N170 G01 Z-.976 F560.
    N180 G03 X7.445 Y-8.5 I0. J-.055
    N190 X7.5 Y-8.555 I.055 J0.
    N200 X7.555 Y-8.5 I0. J.055
    N210 X7.5 Y-8.445 I-.055 J0.
    N220 G01 Z-1.951
    N230 G03 X7.445 Y-8.5 I0. J-.055
    N240 X7.5 Y-8.555 I.055 J0.
    N250 X7.555 Y-8.5 I0. J.055
    N260 X7.5 Y-8.445 I-.055 J0.
    N270 G01 Z-2.927
    N280 G03 X7.445 Y-8.5 I0. J-.055
    N290 X7.5 Y-8.555 I.055 J0.

I have no idea why, when I create very simple toolpath like facing it will generate normal X/Y/Z (CNC is generic Gecko G540 4th Axis machine).

I need to cut some parts Today and it doesn't working at all. I recently bought it from eBay and I thought that it will work

Looks that problem is mostly with Pocketing (then it's creating crazy toolpath).

The NC program is doing 0.055" radius arcs
    - with no comp applied, this equals 0.110" circle plus your cutter diameter ( say Ø1/4" ), so 0.11 + 0.25 would end up cutting a Ø0.36 hole in your part
this seems a good toolpath ( a few assumptions are made ).

    so leads to
    - a machine parameter setting
    - cutter compensation previously applied, but not cancelled ( i.e. G40 )

    Look towards Gerry's solution
