    can not complete my profile due to sheet warping and uneven flatnesss

    i am asif i need Ur help regarding plasma cutting i have to cut some types of details profiles..... sheet length 8 feet and width 4 feet and thk is 1.5mm ....but facing problem regarding sheet warping during cutting ...also facing difficulties to hold the sheet with flatness...because my plasma torch need 1.5mm distance between torch tip and sheet through all the profile.please guide me to prevent the warping and holding the sheet.

    If you can speed up the cutting feed, that may help. If you space out the pierces, that can help, too. SheetCam has some adjustments that try to keep pierces apart by a set distance. Not sure about other CAM programs. Of course, a THC can adjust the torch height on the fly to help, too.
